Our lost and found is growing leap and bounds. Stop by and see if we have collected any of your prize possessions.
With the changing of the weather, please remember to send your students in layers, such as coats, jackets, hats, and gloves. Students will be outside for recess until the reel feel is 21 degree or below.
Every year it is a requirement that you complete the volunteer application to participate in field trips, parties, or volunteer in the classroom. Please make sure you have completed the application. The office staff will be checking to make sure you are wearing a volunteer badge.
Draper Elementary Student Council is hosting our annual Food Drive! We have partnered with the Utah Food Bank to support families around the state. We will have grade level bins in the front office from November 5th – 25th. Please bring any non-perishable items and drop them off to your grade level bin. There will be an envelope in the front office for any cash donations. Draper Dragons let’s show our support and fill those bins!
This month’s safety drill is a bomb threat. The safety team will conduct a sweep of the school while the students and staff evacuate. The message generated from the system will indicate this is only a drill.
This month, Mondays with Marissa will focus on gratitude, thankfulness, and appreciation. Students will explore thankfulness and how to demonstrate appreciation. November is a great month to show positivity and create a culture of thanksgiving.
