WE HAVE SCHOOL ALL 5 DAYS THIS WEEK!!
NEW PRINCIPAL: The district announced that the new principal for next year will be Ronnie Mulqueen. She has been serving as the principal of Granite Elementary for 12 years. I believe you will all love her. She is hoping to make the SCC meeting on Monday.
LILLY VIRGA: As many of you know, Lilly Virga was in a car accident on her way to school on Wednesday morning. Some of us were able to go visit her mom on Saturday at the hospital. Lilly is still in the ICU so we were not able to visit with Lilly. Lilly is breathing on her own but is not awake yet. Her mother, Karlene appreciates all the prayers on their behalf.
SCC Meeting: Monday 03/07 at 3:45 in the Library. All welcome to attend.

Literacy Week 3/7 to 3/14
Monday the PTA will introduce the students to Literacy Week. This year’s theme is the Olympics. Please see this flyer for more information. Record your student’s reading minutes (or minutes read to them) on this website daily: https://forms.gle/xA1aSnzwpiTeeZvo7 starting Monday 03/07. Recording minutes ends Sunday 03/13 at Noon. Students that read >30 minutes per day will be entered into a daily drawing for a USA Beanie.
