ELECTRONIC DEVICES: As a school we have decided we need to have students put their electronic devices (cell phones, smart watches) in their backpacks while they are at school. They have become more and more distracting. If you need to get in touch with your child during school hours would you please call the office. If they need to get in touch with you, they will call you from our office.
Literacy Week
This week has been amazing! Reading minutes need to be recorded by Sunday, 03/13 at noon. The top 3 girl readers and top 3 boy readers from each grade will be announced on Monday afternoon. Record final minutes here:
Teacher Appreciation Planning Meeting
If you would like to help plan Teacher Appreciation Week in May, please come to our planning meeting on 03/15 at 9:00 in the Teacher’s Lounge. If you aren’t able to attend and want to help, please email draperelementarypta@gmail.com
Birthday Celebration Volunteers Needed
The PTA is celebrating December, January, February and March birthdays on Tuesday 3/15 2:55-3:20 K-2 and Wednesday 3/16 2:55-3:20 3-5 and we need 6 volunteers per day to help with the party. Please sign-up here!

Grandparents Lunch
The PTA would like to invite Grandparents to have lunch with their students. Last names A-J will be on April 13thand Last names K-Z will be April 14th. Grandparents will need to bring their own lunch. There will be a photo booth and a Scholastic Book Fair in the Kiva. *If Grandparents are not able to attend, they are welcome to send a letter in c/o their student to Draper Elementary School.
